A 700 acre bamboo forest nurtures tender and delicious bamboo shoots, and locals make dried bamboo shoots, which are highly favored by tourists.

　　In recent years, Anfu County has made every effort to create a shining tourism business card for the Yangshimu Scenic Area, which is increasingly evident in promoting agriculture through tourism and enriching farmers through tourism. Long Daosheng, the leader of entrepreneurship and wealth creation at the Daosheng Family Farm, seized this opportunity to build a processing workshop, engaged in the processing of fresh and dried bamboo shoots, and registered a trademark. The bamboo shoot products produced in the workshop were in short supply, with an annual output value of over 1.2 million yuan. Long Daosheng turned small bamboo shoots into a major industry that helped revitalize the village.

　　On the production line of the workshop, cleaning, steaming, drying, slicing, sterilization, and packaging are all busy every day. After multiple production processes, fresh and tender bamboo shoots are processed and packaged, and sold to various parts of the country.

　　On the road to prosperity for the masses, electricity has played an important role. In June of this year, Long Daosheng purchased land to expand his factory. State Grid Anfu County Power Supply Company opened a green channel for electricity supply, installed transformers, regularly visited to understand electricity demand, provided safe electricity guidance, and ensured the guarantee of workshop electricity supply.

　　Nowadays, the bamboo shoot industry has become an important means for local people to increase their income and become prosperous. Not only has the limited deliciousness of winter and spring shifted from "three meals" to "four seasons", but it has also formed a unique cultural symbol in people's minds: a delicious bite of dried bamboo shoots is the taste of nostalgia, truly realizing the beautiful transformation from "relying on mountains to eat mountains" to "relying on mountains to become rich".
