The Lantern Festival is the most ceremonious end of the Chinese New Year, with flower lights, dragon dancing, and folk customs tasting... February 24 is the Lantern Festival of the Chinese the Year of the Loong. In Wentang Ancient Town, Yichun City, Jiangxi Province, there are thousands of colorful lanterns, glittering lights, making the Festival and celebrating the reunion. The local people use colorful activities to express the expectations of the four seasons, start a new life in the the Year of the Loong with vigor and confidence, and attract tourists from all over the world to visit here.
The golden dragon leaps, the lion dances, the gongs and drums roar, celebrating the festival together. On the same day, tourists gathered in the Gujingquan Street of Wentang Ancient Town. Dragon chasing the moon, fireworks waterfall show, China-Chic cruise, hot spring water fetching, and various activities attracted cheers one after another. The changing light and shadow gave full play to the festive atmosphere, bringing a festive and lively folk festival to the ancient town.
In order to ensure the smooth development of the activity and let tourists enjoy the colorful Lantern Festiva, the State Grid Yichun Yuanzhou District Power Supply Company organized staff to carry out a special inspection on electricity consumption on the site on the eve of the opening ceremony of the city, carried out temperature detection on electrical equipment and lines in the activity area, assisted in sorting out the load list and checked the power supply access by comparison. At the same time, help merchants check whether there are safety hazards in power supply connections, electrical equipment, sockets, etc., and understand the knowledge of safe electricity use. During the event, a dedicated person will be arranged to monitor the site and conduct a comprehensive and systematic inspection of power supply facilities in key areas such as fireworks display.
